Hmmm...odd. Says 1990 in the add. Hard to see everything in those low-res pics but those colors look late 80's to mid 90-ish and the frame does not appear to be lugged (TIG welded?) but then it has non-aero brake levers and I can't make out what those shift levers are. Not sure really. I'm sure someone will come along who recognizes it.
