+1 I have one as well. I don't need cadence because I know what 90-100 RPM is like and if I want a heart rate monitor, I wear a wrist band unit. The Micro to me is perfect in its simplicity. I don't like a lot of wires and sensors on my bike.
Also as mentioned, the set up such as clock, odometer etc is part voodoo witchcraft. If the moons are aligned you can set it right up. If not, best to drink heavily.
