I recently found a Marin Limited Edition for sale in my town. It seems to be in good shape, paint is real nice yet, and it is a tange frame. It also has a full 105 group and it is complete minus wheels. My question is... Is this too racey for a commuter? I am a little leary about going to look at it in person because I am a huge impulse buyer, and if it isn't going to work for me, I don't want to spend the money on yet another bike, plus at $200 without wheels I don't want to spend money on something that isn't right. I haven't found much info on Marin bikes here at bikeforum and most info I gathered was about their MTB's. Here is a pic of it the owner sent me with wheels on it.
