6 pages of anticipation regarding reviews and people lamenting that they didn't get chosen or not completely filling up Andrea's mailbox with PM's stating their thanks for being chosen as one of the testers. Plus... we have an out, as the moderator (lotek) has said that they will move these posts to a different thread once the saddles arrive and the true testing begins!.
We'll have several intermediate stages as well.
It should start late next week with the first cry of "Whoo Hoo!! Mr Brown Shorts just dropped off my Imperial Saddle" Others will join the chorus, there will also be some panic by those with short patience trying to determine if their saddle was lost or never shipped.
Then we'll have photos of the saddles on their new steeds. Lots of posed shots, Brooks on roadies, Brooks on touring bikes, Brooks on Bridgestones and fixies. Some will even be photographed in funny places.
There will be discussions about the initial proofide application and whether or not to lace it.
And then finally the first real ride review.
I'm also betting a maximum of 30 days before one pops up on eBay.
