Schwinn Varsity Top Tube Decals

Attached is an image of Schwinn Varsity top tube decals I'm wanting to get / make / apply for my re-do of a ladies 1972. I can get the image re-drawn as an Adobe Illustrator vector file and then can you help me get them printed? Thanks. Please PM me with the details. Not a lot of glitz and glamor with this one I know but I'd really like to have a set without giving up any limbs or children. Thanks.
