I want to echo the sentiment here about Bike Barn. I went in today about a problem with my rear brake caliper. I'd taken it to the shop that I bought the bike from twice, which is closer to my house and gave me a fantastic deal on the bike, but were unable to fix the problem. Both times they thought it had to do with the mounting bolt. I decided this weekend to take it to BB on Westheimer and they diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. (It was the spring) I also had a question regarding my position on the bike, as I felt I was leaning too far forward. Geoff took the time to check this, even though I didn't have my gear, and gave me some tips on positioning.
I won't make the same mistake again. From now on, I'm always going to Bike Barn for service. You guys rock!
