I recently picked up a 10 speed frame out my neighbors garage. It is fairly complete (although in need of new cables and brake pads), but it is missing the front and rear wheel.

I was thinking of using a set of the cheap wheels with fixed gear threading on one side and freewheel threading on the other to use the bike as a 10-speed again. Aside from having to possibly redish the wheel, would this setup work?
