Congratulations. Sending this guy to jail is actually far, far worse that kicking his ass. I mean, if he got punched in the face a few times, he would just go home and lie to his friends about getting jumped by some black guys. By calling the cops, he gets charged with felony theft (presumably), and has to spend the rest of his life explaining what a moron he is to future employers.
