after walking 4 miles after a flat in my time mtb shoes , I really want some that flex a little or have a real rubber sole. The times I have are comfortable on the bike though and they keep my feet cool.

I do find myself rideing some knarly sections on them that I would normally walk, as I feel safer on the bike them walking on wet rocks with these.
