The screws don't 'click' when I tighten and loosen them, so I'll just have to try to make them all as equal as possible by feel.
You can also approximate equal tension by counting screw turns. Start by turning the screws clockwise as far as they will go (max spring tension), then back out each screw an equal number of turns.
