Jesus ****ing Christ what happened to common sense these days? Can you please explain to me how you're supposed to get a "pretty good grip" on someone's shoulders and prevent him from just running off while you just stand dazed with your thumb up your ass? NO, you grab the little **** by the neck or balls or hair or whatever and you slam him into the concrete, hopefully breaking all his teeth in the process.
