Really, does the type of bike matter?

And the idea of excessive force is laughable. I told the cops point blank what I did and they had no issue with it. If it was possible, I would gladly pay for a one way ticket to your town, then you can hold him firmly and give him a stern talking to when you catch him trying to ride away on your little pony bike.
