And the idea of excessive force is laughable. I told the cops point blank what I did and they had no issue with it. If it was possible, I would gladly pay for a one way ticket to your town, then you can hold him firmly and give him a stern talking to when you catch him trying to ride away on your little pony bike.
The kind of bike doesnt matter all that much, I'm just curious (still waiting to know what you assaulted this "hipster" over), and regardless of what the cops said was ok doesnt make it any more acceptable in my mind.
