I've used many. In my opinion they all work fine for at least a few hours in the sun. But I'm always looking for one that won't sting my eyes terribly when I sweat. I haven't found one yet. I now avoid putting sun block on my forehead or around my eyes.
Try using the spray I linked to. It supposedly gets absorbed into the skin and therefore, doesn't get into the sweat dripping off your skin. It seems to last forever (at the 3 hours or so I normally ride) and is considered "ultra water proof" or some such thing.
