I like phosforic acid, sold under the brand name Ospho. wet the bike down, sponge this stuff on (wear gloves) and wait a minute. don't be tempted to use the green scrubby side of the sponge, it will scratch. Rinse it off before it dries.
I haven't tried oxcolic acid yet but folks talk about it a lot.
