Last year this time, DHL took three days to deliver a Pedalforce group buy frameset 10 miles from their local warehouse to my home. For two days, each morning tracking would show it out for delivery and each evening it would show it back at the warehouse. I had to go down there on the third day and read the riot act to the clerk at the counter. It was delivered two hours later. This year's group buy went much better but I still avoid DHL whenever I have a choice.
