The UPS driver that runs the route in neighborhood never knocks on the door or rings the doorbell. We were expecting a new Insulin pump for Saturday delivery one time as my wifes pump had died. Was told it would be here by 10 am. At 11 am and no pump, I went to check the porch to see if they just left it. When I open my door, what do I see, but that stupid yellow slip saying the next delivery would be on Monday.

I called the phone number on the slip an ripped the woman on the other end of the phone telling her that if my wife went into a coma for lack of insulin, I would sue her and UPS for endangering the life of my wife as I was sitting in my living room waiting on them. I was then connected to the the district manager on duty who told me that I could drive out to the UPS center about 25 miles from my house. I told him he could kiss my butt cause the pump company paid for a delivery and they were going to deliver it. I should not have to drive 30 mins to pick up something that through the negligence of his driver, caused this issue. When I inquired about his manager's name and contact number, I was told the package would be delivered within 30 mins.

Needless to say, I don't like UPS for it's continual issues of just leaving and never ringing the door bell and checking to see if anyone is home.
