Glad to see that there is so much thread-highjacking advice about keeping all senses at tip-tip shape.
Personally, I'd
never ride without having downed six or eight double espressos so as to heighten my reaction time and hone my senses. The espresso along with my blue leotard and red boots, red underwear worn on the outside and my red cape render me invincible.
Music is, of course, somewhat a generational thing. . . the beat is what counts for me.
