Um, it isn't possible, avid does not make a 210mm rotor, largest they go is 203mm and schrader stems are not that long where they will come close to a rotor, regardless of rotor size. Check the inside of your front wheel to see if there if the rimstrip shifted and there is a sharp edge cutting the stem.
