i guess to contribute something useful to this thread:

to answer the question about the rear arrospoke, maybe. if you buy them new, i'm guessing they dont come with a cog and a lockring, so you'd need to get those parts. if you bought the wheelset off ebay, it may come with a cog and a lockring, it may not.

to one their own, but i mean, i personally feel like you would be much better off with a better frame and maybe some open pros or something on it. you dont need arrospokes if youre running on the street...
