This is the latest iteration of my '86 Gazelle Champion Mondial: the fixed gear tri bike.
I'm doing a triathlon in a couple of weeks. The bike portion is totally flat and I'd read somewhere that there was a history of racing time trials on fixed gears in the UK. It should be fun.
Right now, it's geared at 43x15 (75 gear inches) but I will probably go with a 14t cog for the race. That'll give me 80 g.i., which works out to 24mph/40kph at 100 rpm, according to Sheldon's gear calculator.
