Rode it in a triathlon yesterday (25 mile bike course). I love this bike. Route was half asphalt / half concrete. On the asphalt the ride was very smooth. Since this is my first road bike, I don't have anything to compare it to, but there wasn't any vibration. The carbon fork and seat post seemed to do its job.
