Has anyone taken their Fenix apart so that the handle containing the batteries is a separate piece from the LED/reflector part, creating a separate "battery pack"? I think it would be really nice to keep the better battery power of the L2D but I sort of hate having the long cylinder hanging off my road bike handlebars and getting in the way- I figure I would just mount the "battery pack" under my saddle or somewhere unobtrusive.
