Pazzaz 21.15mm stem adapter

I have an old road bike that accepts a 21.15mm stem. Right now I have a cheap Profile Designs Boa mtb stem on it (130 degrees). The reason that stem is on there is because it has a face plate on it (two bolts with a removable plate to hold the bars) and I like to switch between my north roads bars and road bars. It was laying around but was too big (22.2mm) to fit the steer tube so I sanded it down. It took like five hours. The 130 degrees is becoming uncomfortable and I want to change things up. Because I have such a small steer tube (21.15 style) I'm having trouble finding a stem with a face plate AND the geometry I'm looking for (about 70 to 80 degrees). I'm thinking that getting an adapter and going with a threadless stem is my best bet unless you guys and girls have any other suggestions.

Some site called cyclepath.ca has this product:
http://www.cyclepath.ca/products/item1327.htm

It's the only one I could find to fit in my steer tube, does anyone know anything about this adapter, the company or the website (past ordering experiences would be helpful regarding the canada/us thing)?

Any help is appriciated.
