Any farm/tractor supply type store should have them in stock too. I bought my last one there, it was made out of some type of plastic, not the metal backing. On one of my early tours I had a bright colored sleeping bag stuff sack and sewed some bright yellow reflective tape on it in a triangle shape. Just had to make sure it was facing to the rear when I tied it on.
