Bikes: '08 Kona JTS & Riviera (?) Sport converted Fixed Gear

wrong inner tube sizing
I went to the LBS today and asked for a 700x35C inner tube. I went home and replaced my old (rear) tube only to find that the inner tube I bought was actually 700x30C (too narrow). Is it still safe to ride this bike? Will there be a more likely chance of pinch flats or something?
