I managed a new record today on a solo ride. 15 whole minutes of non-thought, empty head, concentrating on nothing.
It was so early that no cars or pedestrians had to be considered and as a result I'm sure my speed went up without extra effort.
Whats the longest you have gone like a mindless idiot on a solo ride (or group ride but thats probably not adviseable) and did it help?
