It's grey and 60º here. I decided to go out even though I missed my team ride because it was raining when I woke up.
I readied my Erba track bike by putting my Keo's on it, and when I was moving my Cannondale, I leaned my Erba up against something. My Cannondale bumped it and the Erba fell onto my trainer and now has a huge dent in the top tube. I was so pissed that whne I was getting my MP3 player two headphones were tangled together so I tried untangling them and in the midst of doign that, I accidentally threw my MP3 player and now it's broken too.

I rode 10 miles today, I mostly rode at a slow, slow, slow pace, but I also did 10+ high powered sprints in the 49x16 in preparation for a track series in the Cleveland area next month. I found that I can both jump fast and accelerate for a long time, as long as I had the stamina to stay at or above 200rpm standing. I didn't have a computer, but I was riding with traffic in my sprints on a 35mph road so around 37+mph is what I was estimating. Luckily, top end isn't the goal in track sprinting, as more emphasis is placed on acceleration.
