FOR YOU. If you're overweight, or riding in areas of hills, it might not be the case. I'm sure that if EVERYONE had to ride fixed, most would think anything over 70 is hard on anything that isn't flat. 92.6 of hills is impressive, but to assume that it's not hard for the average rider is arrogant, IMHO.
