"Crank the Shield" anyone heard of it? 3 day mountain bike race in September, i plan on racing it with a friend from work (if i can keep up with her)

Not sure if everyone has heard about it. Felt like spreading the word.
Somnambulant and I were going to do it...until we decided on other events (som is doing S.S. World's..I am doing Grand Premio de Guatemala) It will be a really epic ride. I was looking forward to working/riding it but the cost was a bit off-putting. Chico events are top notch and you will have a fantastic time. Say Hi to Johnny in Bike Security..He and Red have yer bike safely taken care of.
