Nice build so what are you doing reading this post?- You should be out riding it.
Just got back from a 30 miler on it, and the Bontrager seat post was one that I had on hand. Not had a problem with it in the past. So, I don't expect it will cause much concern now. I knew I didn't want to go with a carbon post, which I also had on hand.
