Try loosening the tension or laces on your shoes. Sometimes my feet swell and become numb. Loosening the tension seems to resolve the problem at least temporarily. But no matter what I wear or what I do at 30 miles my feet start going numb. I know to just stop, wiggle my toes and then be off again. Generally this gives me another 10 miles before I have to stop again.
