Just veggies, veggie protein, quorn, etc, no meats at all. It was years ago and I have never done that again. It took me several years before I could even face a salad again. My daughter has done it for years tho. My daughter was a strict vegetarian for about 3-4 years until she found a good nutritionist and started varying her diet with some decent meats. She just was not healthy at all on veggies alone. My wife does not eat much meat either and it shows (a strong wind would blow her away) but she is more stubborn than my daughter.
Interesting- it sounds like you were doing the right thing (I was thinking that perhaps you weren't getting enough protein).
