I voted 105.

If you can get the bike on sale, then 105 cant be beat since you can get a bike just above entry level MSRP prices that is fully equipt.

If you are paying full MSRP, then I would say Ultegra, since you are already spending over $1000 for the bike and for just a fraction more can get some completely awesome components.
