I lost track of this thread last night. But I sent an email to CVS about their policy:
Dear Mr. MaKing:

Thank you for contacting CVS/pharmacy. We are in receipt of your e-mail. For the safety of our customers bicycles are not allowed in the drive thru. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
