I saw a couple of posts recommending calling police when denied service. Well, state and local laws do vary, but the police generally cannot tell the owner of private property that they must allow someone on the premises, or provide service to anyone. Even if the disagreement involves discrimination against a "protected class" of person, police power in the USA is limited, and thankfully so. I am a police officer, and while there are indeed moments when I would like to be god on earth, I generally agree with the legal limitations to my powers. Discrimination can be addressed with a lawsuit, and a legal judgement may indeed be executed by peace officers, but the important distinction is that they are executing a legal judgement issued by a higher authority, regarding specific parties.
