I was on Liptor for 3 years. I had damage to the muscles in my left leg. I went to an Othro specialist and the first the he told be was to stop taking the Liptor. It's been almost a year and leg is finally back to normal. Now I eat a very specific diet. All sugars, sweets, white flours, processed food have been removed from my diet. I eat only fresh veggies, fruits, fish and some skinless, boneless chicken breast. Plenty of fresh lugemes. Some fresh foods natually expell the cholestrol and I eat more of those types of foods. I supplement my diet with Omega 3/6/9, flax seed, and a few other items. Cholestrol is back to normal but I do have one heck of an excerise routine. I cycle, do heavy wight lifting for six weeks, back to light wights for six weeks, then max lifting for four weeks, running consist of distance and wind sprint training and I close each day with Yoga. Swimming will start when the weather gets a bit warmer
