^^^^ You should utilize the power meter to hone your muscle sensations. I can feel the difference between a "hard" sprint and a powerful one. It's subtle, but there's something about that shot of adrenaline up your spine, the desire to break something, and just how the muscles are firing. Try some different stuff (more quad, less glute (or vice-versa), or pulling harder with your arms... just try to find the missing piece).
