Bikes: A bunch

Thinking of building up another bike and my passion is lugged steel frames. Only problem is that I'd probably want to build something with an internal geared hub or a single speed hub. I just ordered a wheel built with an i-motion 9 hub that I'm going to put on my Atlantis, but that will probably entail using a chain tensioner since i have vertical drops. So for this build, if possible, i'm trying to find a (NEW) frame that has horizontal ends. But not with typical track geometry... i want relaxed road geometry like my Atlantis. Also must fit 700c x 28(minimum) wheels, plus room for fenders, and have all the eyelets for racks/fenders/etc.
So i'm looking for suggestions of some that I may not be familiar with.
I'm sure I'll be forgetting a couple, but some that I've looked at recently are...

Steelwood Tweed <-- has vertical drops but an eccentric bb... cool!
Surly Crosscheck <-- has a lugged fork at least
Bob Jackson <-- kinda pricey

Anything else out there???

Soma has a line of lugged off-the-rack frames, nice looking too.
