Both wheels are missing, obviously that was the cause of the accident to begin with.
Most, if not all, carbon bike manufacturers recommend riding your carbon bike with the wheels attached.
I'm pretty sure this is mentioned somewhere in the booklet that comes with a bike , no excuses here.
