So I'm shopping for some 700c wheels to replace the 27" ones I have (yes, I know about brakes). A local person has a pair of never-used wheels off her 1970's road bike, they are Araya CT-19 rims with Cyclone 7000 hubs. Anyone run across them before? I use the bike mostly for commuting and day trips, and I'm a little worried they'll only take very skinny tires--sounds like her bike was pretty high-end at the time.
