f&d probably based his/her assessment on your arms looking locked, but do not adjust your saddle fore/aft for reach. Reach/cockpit depth is addressed via different stem dimensions.
Nickshu, I am guessing, based it on your KOPS position, but your photos do not include a good shot of your pedal stroke at 3/9oclock (horizontal) to assess if your knee is over the spindle.
You've already gotten good feedback on saddle height and cleat positioning. I would add a reminder that depending on your shoe screw-pattern, if you had to use the SPD adapter under the Speedplay cleat, it may require you to raise the saddle a bit from your previous setting. You
can get a little more leg extension by keeping your heels down -- your heels look a little high in each photo. Do you pedal heels up to prevent knee pain?
