Powder coating is the way to go. When you have it done see if you cant get it thrown in with some one else's order, usually they will give you a discount
thats a really good idea. i'm going to throw that at the powder coater when i get it done. i am currently saving for the ultimat pro workstand and a dh rig so it might have to wait. cause it works, it just isn't that pretty
