Looking / Feeling good
How has cycling made you look and or feel good (?) I've seen a couple of people transform themselves totally with running and weights (I don't know many bicyclists). I was just wondering if someone here has done a real transformation. When I look at my legs I notice curvature of the muscles that wasn't there before in the upper part and I definately feel better and feel like I breathe better since I started cycling. Also a lot of things like walking to the apartment complex pool seem to be a car required action for my friends and they think its crazy to walk 1/4 of a mile to somewhere. So I would say cycling has changed my mentality of what a physical activity barrier is.
