Nomad: Reading that post it seems like you're getting kinda down on racing. You're strong as hell, and it seems like you just maybe need to tone the volume back a little bit to get your racing legs under you, and try to be tactically smarter - rather than trying to drop weight and bang out 4+hr rides during the peak of racing season.
Thats my .02, take it for what it's worth man. You train your ass off, and I think you deserve to win some races
