I recently bought a used Rock Shox Pilot SL thAT WAS USED FOR ONE YEAR, THEN SAT IN A GUYS GARAGE FOR ONE yEAR, AND NOW THE LOCK OUT DOESN'T WORK. I have heard that its probably because the oil has left the motion control stanchion. How hard would this be to do myself, and what kind of oil shoud I use
