Yeah, the staff there are as friendly and knowledgeable as it gets. Very fine shop though it's unfortunate that they're pretty much a Specialized retail store and thus lack some variety. They fitted my girlfriend for a bike and spent tons of time helping her even though they knew she had to buy it from Helen's.

I like the store a lot - reiterating that the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and cares. I once spent a good 30 minutes just talking tech with one guy even though he knew I wasn't going to buy anything at the time. The majority of the staff draws out from the former Supergo. Once Performance bought out the old SM store, the manager opened up Cynergy and most of the staff went with him.
Coincidentally, I've got an appointment for a full on pro fitting there this Wednesday, and I'm looking forward to it.
