Tried ordering by phone using both coupons - rep told those coupons were deleted and did not work anymore(so after coupons did not work, i canceled the order). Placed online order and '386 worked but was shipped 2 days later(even though i asked for overnite), checked my CC statement and turned out i was charged full amount, even the TP points werent taken off. To make matters worse, the first (phone) order that i canceled was shipped too. Now i gotta deal with my overlimit on CC and sorting the whole mess out. To say that i'm pissed off is as to say nothing at all.

BTW: anyone had problems with orders sent by overnight? i've NEVER gotten mine the next day. I place them before 2pm EST and only 1 order was shipped 1 day later, about 4 more were "on hold" for authorization for 2-3days. Never got credit for extra charge for overnight shipping. i've got a few more horror stories about ordering from PerformanceBike.
