Pants...
Iam usually really good about going over everything that I packed in my head before I leave the house. On this particular day I forgot pants so I biked back home and picked them up and then biked back to work so I added some extra miles that day no big deal.
I like the idea of laying stuff out the night before so I can have a more relaxed morning.
