100% agree. The 123 race is very fast, very hard, and a GREAT workout. Josh Frick, David Fuentes, Ramon Benitez and Dave Osbourne (look them up, they've got enough results to turn in a big google search) are frequent participants. I get down there and do it any chance I get, but can't get there more than a couple/few times/year. Wish I was going tonight, it'll be a great time. With the Crystal City Classic on sunday, there might be some really big boys in town who could make this an epic greenbelt night.
